Do I need to be 19 to shop?
Yes. You must be 19 or older to enter the store and to buy online. Bring valid government-issued photo ID; we check it at the door and at pick-up.
How do the Smart Cannabis Cubbies work?
Order online or in the app. When your order is secure in our smart locker wall, we send you a PIN. Enter it at the Cubbies, grab your order and go.
How will I know my order is ready?
We’ll notify you by text or email as soon as it’s ready for pick-up.
What payment do you accept?
We’re a cashless dispensary: mobile, credit or debit.
Is there a purchase limit?
Yes. Each order is limited to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. Your cart shows your running total as you shop.
Do I need an account to order online?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to keep your details for next time.
Can I return a product?
Cannabis and sale items are final unless damaged or defective. Em Jay’s merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. See our Return Policy.
Can someone help me choose?
Absolutely. Use our in-store information kiosks, or ask a Feel Good Advisor to walk you through formats and labels.
Where are you and when are you open?
5160 Dundas St West, Etobicoke, ON M9A 1C2. Monday and Tuesday 8 am–6 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am–8 pm, Friday and Saturday 10 am–9 pm, closed Sunday.
